So much went wrong here, I had to explain multiple times that my address wasn’t put in correctly, they didn’t do the emerald card like I had asked instead it was direct deposited into my account. They didn’t take my discount / coupon I had even with giving it and showing and reminding them multiple times. And not to mention, they charged 300$ instead of the advertised price; for something I could’ve done myself for free. The only reason it’s not a 1 star is the guy was nice.
Susan was friendly, efficient and got me a return, when a competitor’s software said I owed.
The person who did our taxes was helpful and very nice. I hated the way his boss talked to him and the rest of the staff there.
