Only reason this place deserves a star is because of how nice and helpful Barbara is. Scheduled my appointment a week ago, specifically stating I needed 2 hours to settle my taxes. When I arrived, Barbara told me my original tax consultant didn't want to handle me and passed me onto her. Not a big deal, but when filing my taxes she stated she was only blocked out for an hour instead of 2 (which I emphasized with scheduling and appointment reminder) only to inform me the owners son made the adjustment. I just moved back to NE in November of last year from MN, so I took my taxes to an H&R Block at the beginning of February to make sure both state taxes were done correctly and also to try to save myself some time. Boy was that a mistake. Rather than "phone a friend" as I suggested multiple times to literally ANY H&R Block location in MN to find out what to do with the Certificate of Rent Paid that we get as MN renters, my "tax professional" spent a week with my taxes the first time around to figure out what to do with it.
