Obviously, I would give 0 stars but that is never possible. The most disorganized offices that I have EVER seen. First appt on 742 N Lasalle...20 minutes of waiting, acct comes out and says she is going to be much longer than expected...do you want to just leave your stuff? NO, I am not leaving all my personal information at an office that can't even keep appts straight. Second app made closer to my office at 23 E Madison. H&R block was very helpful and professional when the time came to do my income taxes. And, for my mother.
We have been using tax preparers from this office for the past 9 years, nice people, and trustworthy. For the past 3 years Cass Owens has been our preparer, very happy with her service.
Experienced very poor service. The person handling my case just left suddenly. Case was left dangling for 4 weeks wasting our time. Did not even notify us. I would Avoid this firm like the plague . Promised to call you back but never did call back. Some staff here appears friendly but in reality are irreponsible and sloppy. Some works part-time and you cannot reach them by email or phone when you needed them the most All the good reviews here are probably fake
