We worked with Li An for filling our taxes this year. First of all, you can tell that she's really inexperienced when it comes to filling out more than W-2 forms. Do not go here - they did a return for my 90year old mother and told her she owed $41,000 - as a elderly woman who is easily confused they convinced her that is what she owed.these people should be shut down and sued. Thank god we found out and are working to resolve it but now she needs to deal with the IRS and a revised return - very upsetting and incredibly stressful for her. I’m not sure how some people get the title of being a ‘Senior tax analyst’, but after the session of filing in taxes, I truly believe that she did not work up to that title at all. 2 minutes of explaining myself for what I’m looking to get out of $89 service you are paying for and getting a petty comment saying, ‘This is not a school, this is a business’, will be the rudest comment I have ever heard. + Met with the multi leader on 1/26/25 - Giving back the refund is not a compensation.
