This was my first time at H & R Block in Saline, MI and I couldn't have had a better experience. My first impression was the warm greeting from all. Then Alex, my tax preparer, personally came out to greet and welcome me. Alex also couldn't have been more patient and knowledgeable. He was very organized and informative when I had questions.
