Heidi the manager and I believe her name is Heather day the tax prep messed my taxes up and now won't return my calls. Telling other h and r blocks not to forward my calls to her. They have costs me thousands of dollars. If anyone can reach out and help me it would be greatly appreciated. At first Heidi wanted to help but when I got a return of $100 out of thousands she refused to speak to me or take my calls.
