I am always way over charged when I go here so today I had a $30 coupon to use and they told me it was only for new customers which I wasn’t. No where on the coupon did it say for new customers only. After I insisted I get my $30 off Peggy had to call her manager, then had to request a coupon. I was there 30 minutes for something that should have taken 5.
Pros who get the job done! I came for a form 990 filing, the most complex of the IRS forms Ken Chipman and Robb Sommer took on our case. When a glitch prevented the efiling from going through, Ken kept at it. I got a call at 6:30 on Fri night that it was complete. We met on a Sat morning for my signature and beat the Monday deadline. Where can you find dedication like that? And their fee was more more than fair. Actually not enough for the time they put in. Thank you, Ken n Robb!
Absolutely terrible experience. My taxes were filed on the wrong year. I ended up spending over $900 just to get one year filed. I was refused a refund by this location and had to call corporate to get one, which ended up taking over two weeks. My taxes that were filed wrong were not even amended even though I asked for them to be. So now my 2022 and 2023 taxes looked identical and I have to spend more money to get them fixed.
