I scheduled a 5pm appointment with Rebecca Straight at the Whitewater HR block. I was contacted at 10:22 am instead and received a voicemail asking me to call back to answer some questions about my filing. I called back at 5:00 and was told Rebecca was busy but would call me as soon as she finished with her client. About half an hour later I received a call from Rebecca. Terrible experience. Very RUDE “tax pro”. Fr have to train on customer service better. Lady at front desk was nice.
