Sarah and Patricia are amazing. I was very frustrated by my tax situation and Sarah (with Patricia’s help) had me leaving the office feeling a million times better after she got me squared away and threw a little humor in there.
Lady lied about wat they was charging charged over 500 took half the taxes very rude literally claimed 3 kids and only got back like 800 dollars they don't know wat their doing or just scamming ppl for money
After paying $109 to have my taxes prepared, they cost me $2,250 by entering a dependent wrong. They first offered to fix it for $309. $309 to fix THEIR mistake!!!! They did amend it for free, but 2 months later I'm still out $2,250 and they will not do anything about it. This is $2,250 that was taken out of my bank account. Not a refund I have yet to receive. Save your money and avoid their incompetence!!!
I had a great experience and got great insight and assistance from the manager at the ashland location. I'm thankful towards everyone who helped assist me with my tax filing.
