This place is the worst!!!! Had my taxes done here to have the IRS and State contact me stating that my name was as used with the wrong SS# and date of birth!!!! I went Back 4 times and still no resolution. I finally went to an accountant and had them filed correctly. $450.00 later, I went by H and R block to get a refund of $149.00 that I originally paid, only to be told I never paid them!!!! I have a 9:00 am appointment and I’ve been waiting for someone to open the office and it’s 10 minutes after my appointment time and no one is here!

Had tax prep "done" by Rhonda. She wanted to impress me by who she knew and dated rather than doing my taxes. Told me I wouldn't be getting copies of my work. Didn't even file my return. I had to call a week later to find out that her work had to be checked. Now a week after that and calling a national number 3 times I still don't know the status of my return.
