Could not have had a worse experience. We used this service because we wanted to make sure we were maximizing our potential refund amount. I had an appt, and I said "do you have any questions for me?". The tax advisor said "no, just come back later". We owed money. Long story short, he never asked a question that could have saved us over $1k.
