Unprofessional and a total scam. I did all my own deductions, yet I was still charged $540. I only had five months' worth of 1099 deductions, and all the employee did was type the numbers I had already calculated into the system. This company charges a $220 fee for deductions, regardless of how little work the employee actually does. I was told by the employee, "I don't do bookkeeping," leaving me to manually add up my rent, WiFi, and utilities—just five charges per category. Would have given less but when they lose your social security and claim that you lost it and then abracadabra - we found...but accidental shredded it. Good luck using these clowns

I had a much better experience at a different h and r block. I found this one rude and inconsiderate of my time. Had an appointment with Janie that I arrived early for. I was instead asked to wait while she pulled another person from the waiting area. So after waiting 30 mins past my appointment I simply asked to drop my documents and she told me she’d follow up the same day.
