No human decency. Filing a civil lawsuit on the individual that did my taxes & rating h&r with one star anywhere I can find to do so on any site. Don't listen to the automatic responses because I called the number and was told someone would call me back in 3 to 5 days. They never did so I called the number again still it's been 3 weeks and no call back. I used to use h&r block when I was younger and had no problems they are crap these days have anyone else do your taxes & spread the word!
