Worst experience ever. Went and did my taxes and when I did a follow up on the phone. I was told one thing. It sounded like I was getting double charged and numbers were thrown at me so I did the math and it didn’t add up. So as a normal person with a brain would do, I went in person to clear it up. I was not welcome back in the office and Harriet denied ever saying what she told me over the phone. She got an attitude and would not even accept that she did wrong.
