Did not disclose price when setting up the appointment, or before process began. Only disclosed fee until after the job was complete and I had to pay fee. They did my taxes in 10 minutes and charged $250. If had any idea of the price I would have done it myself.
Paul is always so helpful when it comes to filing our taxes each year. He pays attention to the small details and looks after his clients. Very efficient and shows proficiency and deep understanding on the topic all the time! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE! DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR THE "PIECE OF MIND".BECAUSE IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE.THEY DO NOT MAKE IT RIGHT!! YOU ARE THE ONE WHO HAS TO PAY FOR IT. THEY GIVEYOU THE RUN AROUND!! THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE IS NO HELP EITHER!! SO JUST KNOW IF YOU PAY THE HIGH COST OF THEM DOING YOUR TAXES TO BEGIN WITH, AND THEY MAKE A MISTAKE. YOU ARE ON OUR OWN!!!
