Refused to help me because they wouldn't have a copy of my disability paper even though other H&R Blocks have done it the past 4 years. Simply didn't want to do his job. I'm from the area and word of mouth goes a long way
My husband filed with Deb, who was on top of it in the past. Husband passed away. Haven't received refund, tried to talk to Deb. Got no reply. Still trying to talk to these people. No phone calls returned. This place has gone down hill.
