I recently filed 3 years worth of taxes with an agent by the name of Rebecca Corona. She stated I could call or email her if I had any questions in the future. I then received refunds that were not for the amounts I was expecting so j tried calling her on 4 occasions and was never able to get her on the phone so I emailed her 4 times and never received a response. I will never use this office again. Terrible customer service.
