they charged 99 dollars and I wasn't informed about the fee until I was done filing. in the past they wouldn't charge if the return was under a certain dollar amount. I didn't receive a tax return, in fact I owed taxes and they still charged me. after looking it up I find that they've been ordered to pay 7 million dollars by the FTC for this exact type of scenario, but it looks like they've charged people who they normally wouldn't charge to recuperate the money they owe to the federal trade commission.. maybe it's for the b... read more
Should really invest money into making sure your open and close hours as stated on your door also should be the same as the website because Tuesday this business is not open at 8am. Plz make the proper change to this incorrect time. Thank you

$150 in fees for a single non dependent having person..with simple w-2s.. ridiculous.ill file my own next year.
