Lady told me how much it was gonna be, I get there to pay for it and they changed twice as much as she said. No heads or up or anything. It seems like they charged extra because I was getting a refund and they wanted a bigger piece of it. Plus I just hate people that take advantage of poor people. If you cant afford to pay upfront they charge and extra $45 dollars... someone who is already struggling financially gets punished with more expenses. Just terrible people
