Customer service is completely nonexistent. Accountability is also nonexistent. My tax information was with them from February until April and not once looked at until I showed up after multiple calls and emailing. Cost me $1200+ in penalties and interest charges that should not have happened. Lack of accountability is why I'll never do business with them again.
