They were not help at all
DO NOT GO HERE. First off they say "starting at $89" but don't tell you what you'll be paying for the service until the service is already done. $500 is a HUGE swing. Not only overpriced but they screwed up the taxes and missed a complete W2 that was in the stack of papers handed to them. They also did not take my bank statements for my small business so I am being taxed on who knows what amount. At the end of the appointment WE OWE way more than we have ever.
