I had a terrible experience at this H&R Block. I paid over $150 to file a return that was ultimately rejected because I had already filed for that year. (I wasn't aware that I had already filed) When I requested a refund since the service wasn’t completed, the receptionist, Margaret, was extremely rude, raised her voice, and hung up on me. I eventually had to go to a different location to get my money back. Save yourself the trouble and go to another location or go elsewhere.
From Margaret's greeting to Susie's expertise tax preparation, the experience was completely courteous, professional and seamless.
Suzanne Bumgardner was great.
My tax filing experience went so smoothly as usual at this Hull street location. They did it again! Always going the extra mile and I really appreciate it. Suzie and Margaret were very easy to work with and so personable. Thanks again!
