Worst experience with H&R Block. I paid H&R Block approximately $330 for tax preparation and assistance with obtaining an ITIN for my child. The IRS rejected the ITIN application stating that the person or company who submitted Form W-7 was not an authorized acceptance agent. After contacting the IRS ITIN Department, I was informed that required acceptance-agent information and a Certificate of Accuracy were not submitted. Worst experience with H&R Block. Don’t ever trust them. Received a letter that the person who helped me file taxes at this office is not eligible to do so. I have been calling them and also mailed them. They are not responding. They also charged me for extra protection audit services etc. I feel so lost and disappointed.
They got me for $445, it took 20 minutes and I got the shaft, never again! They have the worst corporate hourly rate, wish I made roughly $900 per hour. Avoid these guys, do it yourself!
Gloria has been doing my taxes for 15 years!! She is omniscient and I couldn’t trust anyone more. She has clients who come in from out of town just to get their taxes done. Give her a call you won’t be disappointed!
