My review of this office a few years ago was suboptimal, but I am changing it as things have changed. Gail Kenney is a pleasure to work with and has the experience needed. Most importantly unlike a tax preparer at a different branch, Gail is honest about add on packages being voluntary and doesn't add them to pad the bill.
