First: they are located in the Plymouth Meeting Mall, (PMM), on the upstairs level next to Boscovs. Second: the person who is very knowledgeable about these things, easy to talk to; Kathleen is understanding, and easy to talk with about my tax and SSA situations. Answering all my questions, with a very positive attitude. I highly recommend her and Plymouth Meeting Mall HR Block.
No follow up help after paying half a grand for taxes. Please do not take a look at my taxes from last year! I do not want a free look!!
Very expensive. 477 I pay hnr block for a tax preper who obviously was new/had an accent/ took almost 2 hrs to do what took maybe an hr any of the other 5 yrs I was with hnr block. I think its time for change.
Mary Lynn Ward was incredibly helpful and articulated complex tax code in a way that made them easy to understand. Mary Lynn's great.
