Today I tried calling and setting an appointment over the phone and the representative Barbie she was very rude and acted like it was an inconvenience when I was spelling out my last name and didn't have patience to help me set an appointment and hung up the phone on me. I called back and she denied that she did claimed that she lost connection. I was on the phone with her and she acted like she couldn't hear me well even though I could hear her perfectly well.
