H&R block is beyond over priced. I used to recommend them to everyone because of how easy it was. Paying an extra $20-$50 compared to other competitors was worth the peace of mind. Even after a “discount” I had to pay $320. That is just disgustingly overpriced. Do yourself and your family a favor and please go elsewhere. H&R Block is not locally owned, charges more than any competitor, and does the same thing other entities would do for 1/3 of the price. I will never come back here. Loved the accountant. He was fast and thorough. The cost was ridiculous. I would have saved $300 or more going most anywhere else. I've been a customer for years. This is the first year I feel like I did not get what I paid for!
