Worst experience ever. Do not use Lois Marandola. I tried to contact customer service last year to complain and that was a joke. I made an appointment to explain everything I needed as it was a bit complex. We were in contact by phone and email. After dropping everything off and explaining in the appointment that I blocked off with her, she started working on them and then I was told she couldn't take care of it then, that I need to leave and come back later for her to do them.
