Elen charged me 244$ for ITIN application which got rejected. When I called them back they said they did the best they could do and asked to take an appointment to redo it with extra fee. They loot people and with worst service. Best is to go to IRS tax filing assistance center in downtown.
Visited yesterday, it was the day before the deadline. I thought there would be issues scheduling, but it was a breeze, scheduled 2 days earlier. I got there about 5 minutes early, then waited 15 minutes past my start time before finally being seen. H&R Block has a policy guarantee that if you aren't happy with your return, you don't have to file it(and therefore pay them). I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. I was supposed to get a credit for the over payment on my tax filing. It’s been three months and after several phone calls and getting a run around , still no credit. I have never had any issues with H&r block before but this has definitely been the worst experience. Never again.
