Paid $700 for a standard filing. Was there for 45 minutes while she was on the phone. I'll never go back. Total rip off
Lucy Han did a FANTASTIC job helping us file for a family member who had medical issues and was not able to file On her own. Would highly recommend her!!
Elen charged me 244$ for ITIN application which got rejected. When I called them back they said they did the best they could do and asked to take an appointment to redo it with extra fee. They loot people and with worst service. Best is to go to IRS tax filing assistance center in downtown.
Visited yesterday, it was the day before the deadline. I thought there would be issues scheduling, but it was a breeze, scheduled 2 days earlier. I got there about 5 minutes early, then waited 15 minutes past my start time before finally being seen. H&R Block has a policy guarantee that if you aren't happy with your return, you don't have to file it(and therefore pay them).
