More than 2x the cost of a professional accountant. My person retired and i thought i would try H&R before finding someone new. They gave me no estimate up front and charged me over $700 to file, e en though the website said $99 fed and $78 state. The person I met with literally told me this wad his first year doing taxes. I will NEVER use them again
