It was one of the worst tax experiences we've had. We have used H&R Block for 10 years now and moved here last year. Set up an appointment with our local place and went in. It took much longer than it should have. Our tax preparer made 2 mistakes that we didn't find out about until later when it bit us in the butt. The mistake cost us part of our return, and the other mistake has made it so we haven't even received our IL return yet! They won't help even though we paid for the extra protection.
