I’m actually mad I had to give 1 star. Worst experience I’ve ever had. My taxes were filed incorrectly to the point that I had $3,500 taken out of my account by mistake. The two tax prepares that attempted to file my return were incredibly inexperienced and knew nothing more than punching in basic w-2 information. When I asked for them to correct the problem I was told they didn’t have time. Just want to say that the tax pro Neisha answered all my questions and gave me advice for the future concerning my taxes. Very helpful and caring. Great customer service. Now I finally found someone that I trust and who cares about people. Much appreciated!
