If I could give less stars I would... My husband and I brought in our documents to the Spotsylvania Town Center Location and were told to expect a call in about a week. Two weeks later we had not received a call, so I called and was told they were done, I could come in to go over our return the next day. The next day I went into H&R Block, and they struggled to find my paperwork. I wanted to give an in-person tax advisor a chance but quickly found out I would have been better off doing it online. The young lady basically entered my information off my tax forms and only asked questions concerning names and birthday. I asked for clarification on the difference of filling statuses and was misinformed. It took almost an hour to get through two basic forms.
