They're good people doing good work, but they are *expensive*. Just another reminder of why we need to get money out of politics.
Worst experience I have ever had filing my taxes! They hire random accountants during tax season who do not know h&r blocks "rules" about which forms can be filed. Tell you you're good, don't file your taxes and then tell you you have to pay them for what should have already came out of your refund. When you call nobody has any answers until you ask for a branch manager. And then they have an attitude and make it seem like it's your fault!
