I was willing to try H&R Block for the first time and no one at the office answered the phone for over a month. I left 3 voicemails, none of which were returned. I left a message online for our tax pro, and they said they would call, and never did. After a month I finally got someone on the phone that couldn't tell me one thing about any of the tax pros to match them properly with me. Absolutely horrible and I won't be using them.
