Don't go here. Went here for years. My usual tax prepper took this year off and got a new person this year. I pay for peace of mind but it's a complete waste of money and time since they refuse to do anything if they made a mistake on your return unless you have a paper from the IRS saying what they did wrong. I wished there was a negative Star option, so I choose a ONE STAR. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional Jenni Johnson and Spring Hill, TN franchise. After uploading supporting documentation a week before Business deadline filing, this FRANCHISE, missed the deadline. In addition, we went to their office on March 17th, and they refuse to file an extension for us, ignoring over 10 phone calls online and in person communication. I was willing to try H&R Block for the first time and no one at the office answered the phone for over a month. I left 3 voicemails, none of which were returned. I left a message online for our tax pro, and they said they would call, and never did. After a month I finally got someone on the phone that couldn't tell me one thing about any of the tax pros to match them properly with me. Absolutely horrible and I won't be using them.
