Wonderfully professional and friendly!
First time client to H&R Block and I had my taxes done the day prior by another rep. I returned to the office with just a question for clarification and the “tax associate” Ian Longsworth was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I can honestly say I’m not very knowledgeable about filing taxes but I just had a question and he made me feel like a complete idiot in the front lobby with a room full of customers.
