First time client to H&R Block and I had my taxes done the day prior by another rep. I returned to the office with just a question for clarification and the “tax associate” Ian Longsworth was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I can honestly say I’m not very knowledgeable about filing taxes but I just had a question and he made me feel like a complete idiot in the front lobby with a room full of customers. The way things going in United States sad that when it come down to tax time you still being robbing being abused even though we pay taxes all our life I think you guys should look at your forms consider the situation of the person and then examine whether this is feasible for that person at least try to do your best to help the person with godless of the color the income status or the health.
