If you pay 200$ for a service, you expect the service to be executed correctly. Very unprofessional, huge lack of knowledge and skills in the military tax scenarios. God forbid you’re from out of state. Joleen was so nice and helpful! Being military our taxes can get complicated, but she was able to answer all of our questions and was able to file at ease. Will definitely be seeing her next year.
