Harold did my taxes. He was informative but in a condescending way. He was talking down to me... I had to share my appointment with 2 other clients at the same time. I was there for 1 hours and 20 mins... I sat there as he was on his cell phone with a client pulling up her tax info in front of me to see everything. She called his cell phone in the middle of my appointment and he put me on hold for 15 min to help his client on his cell phone. He told me how much she made a year...that made me uncomfortable...
