One of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had at a tax preparation location. I had an appointment booked from 5-6pm. It took until 8pm for a tax professional to pick up the phone. It took 30 minutes for them to explain to me they couldn’t fix a simple error they made in the first place. After asking what I needed to do to fix the error myself, they directed me to someone at the reception desk.
