Leonard H. at the Eastern Ave location made my experience incredibly easy and painless. He was professional, kind, and tremendously knowledgeable. You can tell he genuinely cares about people and truly wants to help! I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone looking for assist with their taxes! Front desk staff was friendly, helpful and patient each interaction as well. Wonderful experience!!
I would give it zero stars if i could. Made an appointment 2 weeks prior, came to my appointment on time, wasn’t even acknowledged until 20 minutes past 12. while waiting, another client was arguing with the tax prepper because she had been waiting over an hour and no one even acknowledged that she was there. then when i was finally seen at 12:47pm, the tax lady told me “i’m too busy to do your taxes (i had 3 years of taxes but legit only 3 w-2’s so not like many w-2’s) i will scan your paperwork and email you when it’s fini... read more
The one old, angry processor that was in the office did not make eye contact, conversation, or talk through anything with me. The receptionist is even worse. I understand the office is on its last leg in a poorer section of Baltimore but it really needs to go
Changed my review from a negative to a moderate as they did do a good job with my Uber Eats where as I hadn't received a 1099-K and I wasn't sure how to do a Schedule-C. They should however tell you upfront how much the service will be and I also should have asked as my 1 hour visit with 2 W-2's and Uber Eats Schedule-C was $400. Pretty pricey for something that most people could probably hack their way through and not be audited by the IRS. Good service, Pricey but accurate.
Alena was so helpful with our complicated military situation! Everyone was super nice, too!
