The absolute worst. They kicked me out early and forced me to come back another day.. they also did the math wrong and never admitted it, then basically told me to figure out how to pay on my own, despite me not knowing being the reason I came here to begin with. Then they charged me $200 for it. Would not recommend, Larry is especially the worst. Tried contacting after only to be ghosted.
worst tax experience ever. Everyone here is really unprofessional and doesn't seem to know what they're doing at all. Especially Larry. Highly recommend AGAINST using this branch or the company at all if you want your taxes done in an accurate and timely manner. Pro-tip: RUN
I've been using H&R Block for 10 plus years. I wouldn't trust anyone else with such an important yearly task. The piece of mind they offer is invaluable.
