I came here on 04/14/25 to file taxes and the lady that I worked with was very helpful. However she decided my taxes needed more time. So the next day, i decided to file an extension. She told me over the phone how to do it in the app. I followed her directions exactly and I was sent two confirmation emails from H&R Block on April, 15th stating the following 1. “We’ve submitted your extension” 2. “THE IRS ACCEPTED YOUR EXTENSION” I was told over the phone before doing this *myself* on the app that there would be a $99 charge... read more
