Super knowledgeable, and very kind.
WARNING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND H&R BLOCK. I had my taxes prepared in the S Tampa location (1155 S Dale Mabry) by Elle on Feb 3rd. She appeared confused and incompetent and kept asking other tax preparers for help but despite this, we trusted her because she was polite. Elle seemed more interested in getting us to sign up for The Spruce Account even though I kept telling her I already have multiple checking and savings accounts and not in a hurry to receive my refund.
