In the10 years that I have be going to them the last three have been the worse. The place has changed whether its new management or something else. The staff last year made you sit there before acknowledging you while they play games on the computer. They lost my appointment and said that I never made one. Go literally anywhere else. This was our second year going to Surita. Last year she had told us to upload our documents in advance, so that she could get a head start. This year we uploaded the majority of our documents prior to our appointment but she had not bothered to look. When we sat down for our appointment she had someone else’s tax information on the screen, we handed her a couple of documents that we received in the mail and she told us that our taxes sounded “complicated”.
