I was not happy with the service. I changed to a different person this year because I moved away from the last location. He didn't seem to know what he was doing and was a little o the gross side. Kept licking his fingers and touching all of my documents. I definitely will not be using him again. I'll take the drive and go back to the woman I've been using for the last few years.
In the10 years that I have be going to them the last three have been the worse. The place has changed whether its new management or something else. The staff last year made you sit there before acknowledging you while they play games on the computer. They lost my appointment and said that I never made one. The new tax guy at the front desk looked like a teenager just out of school and was annoyed that he had to stop playing on the computer to check up on my appointment and make a new one When I tried to complain to the manag... read more
Brian went above and beyond to help me this year as I was dealing with extreme stresses and financial changes! I am grateful for his knowledge and compassion and understanding during a difficult time in my life
