If I could, I would give them a minus for their behavior. I visited H&R Block in April for tax services. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the staff's unprofessional behavior. Despite paying for their services, I felt disrespected and rudely treated. Good customer service is essential, especially in a professional setting like this, but the staff lacked courtesy and professionalism. I hope H&R Block addresses this issue to ensure better experiences for future clients.
Awesome experience
Stay away from this location, They don't know how to properly file taxes or take accountability for their mistakes. Unless it's Dana, who seems to be the only one to catch mistakes on my tax refund after it was checked by multiple employees here and another location. I received my 2023 taxes refund NINE MONTHS after it was submitted.
