We had a 2pm appointment today with an agent recommended to us. First hint that this wasn't going to go well was when the desk attendant asked a male client in front of us if he was my wife's name. Hmmm. Then out of the 1st cube popped a male tax preparer...we were expecting to meet with a female. He noted that we were on his calendar due to a family emergency for another preparer, but that preparer's name was not who we were to meet with...she was in the cube next to us, when she asked if we were her 2:00.
