STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! Website says transparent fees, upfront pricing. That is not the case. My taxes were filed and at the end I was hit with almost $400 due to H&R to prepare the taxes. When I asked why it was so high and the response I got was "it has a lot of moving parts". I do not have anything out of the ordinary for a standard household. My CPA charged less for taxes when we owned a business and I would not have gotten my taxes fone here if they had been upfront about fees like their website says. I asked to b... read more
