I have used HRBlock in the past. Previously had a decent experience with Jerry. He retired. Made an appointment with Roy. Was not met with anything other than your the 3:00? Went back, found out appointment was only for 30 minutes. Ridiculous, I have many documents, he rushed it along, recommended the standard deduction, I had 12k in write offs, mortgage interest, healthcare, SS for under 18 children. He used none of it.
