This review is of my own personal opinion and experience with H&R Block at this specific location... I had attempted to use HR Block for an estate tax need and scheduled an appointment, which upon attending, I had my tax documents scanned in by the front desk receptionist, but upon meeting with the tax professional, was told that she was not the best person for these specific estate taxes and was referred to another handler that works at this location. Kathleen is great. Richard will lose documents, generate errors, will spell names wrong in submissions, and will file incorrectly.
