My husband ans I filed jointly. Our tax preparer was running over 30 minutes behind. Him nor the receptionist kept us informed on when he would be done. We had another engagement to go to, so the receptionist mentioned we could leave our documents for the tp handle without us being there. The files were not uploaded or screen shotted in our HR Block account. We will never go to this location again.
