Absolutely horrible experience. Poor communication, lack of interest in getting my taxes filed, general disregard for my time and tax documents. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this H&R block in Kensington.

Francis helped me with my taxes. I am a dummy when it comes to taxes and numbers, Francis walked me through everything. And his explanations were digestible and easy for me to understand
