The manager is worthles. Getting my 93 year old mother's taxes done. A drop off on Tuesday, I called before wantimg to make sure I could talk to the tax prep person for a couple of minutes before. No. 2 days later I get an e mail. My phone showed it came in at 3:20 for an appointment at 3:30. Called the office but not answer. Instead I got the main office. They will happy charge you north of $450 for a 20 minutes session to get you taxes done. I’d highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs.
