Rude, unprofessional, showed me someone else’s entire SSN and tax files, had to tell them twice it was NOT me. was not offered any additional services or insurances. staff was eating chips at the desk in front of me. TM saw where I worked and then proceeded to talk poorly about my place of employment.
I have been going to h&r block for years. I had gone in this year to get my taxes done and everything was going really well. Until, for some reason the man that was doing my taxes was trying to charge me over $300 to have them filed. That's more than double the cost of what I usually pay and he couldn't give me an explanation why it was so much.
